  • Ensure that our URL starts with https://
  • Ensure that lock icon is present in the address bar of browser.
  • Avoid using internet banking from Cyber-Cafe or from Shared Computers.
  • Ensure that your system is updated with latest anti-virus / anti-spyware software.
  • For DELETE COOKIES and Temporary Files in Google Chrome Browser, Press Ctrl and H key - > Click “Clear Browsing Data” -> Click on “Advanced” -> Select Time range as “All Time” -> Select “Browsing history”, “Download history”, “Cookies and other site data”, “Cached images and files”, “Autofill form data” -> Click “CLEAR DATA” For Internet Explorer, Click on Tools -> Internet options and In the General Tab under Browsing history click “Delete” then Select all and click on “Delete”
